Just completed a two day course with Andy Savva, in Chester. Effective management/ leadership & customer excellence. Although many of us are already trying to offer this the best we can, we definitely haven’t been doing it properly.
Andy has clearly spent hours of his time getting down to the nitty gritty and thinking about every eventuality you could possibly be faced with and how to deal with it effectively. It’s now time for us to make a change in the garage trade.

Every detail has been carefully thought about and the 2 days are also well catered for. I first came across Andy just over 2 years ago in Wolverhampton, at Autoinform Live. I sat in his talk which lasted an hour, and in that hour, I absorbed so much information, help and advice to make my business better. I came out of the room with my brain buzzing full of ideas which I put into practice and still continue to put into practice to this day.
Recently I saw Andy was doing training day courses, the first one I went on was his marketing course, this course gave a brilliant insight on how to get the best out of brand awareness, lots of tips and ideas, I came away with such a positive feeling towards my business and that I should be more proud of the business too.
My second training day was his financial understanding for the garage business. Never in my life have I had some one teach me so much about how to run your garage efficiently and make it profitable.
As garage owners I feel we have a unique business that is very different to run to a lot of other business out there. We don’t fall into the retail sector of selling items in a shop, or a business that sells goods online etc. This course is dedicated to us garage folk who can at times have it hard selling our business.
Andy teaches why we should have higher labour rates, why we should continue to train our staff, why we should make comfortable profit on parts, why we should make our staff feel valued, the list goes on.
Andy is a genuine guy who has so much passion and knowledge about the motor trade, and he makes you feel very welcome, will answer any questions you have and is always there for help and advice even once you have left his course.
