1. About these terms
In these terms, “I”, “me” and “my” mean Savva Automotive Ltd, trading as The Garage Inspector. “You” means the business or person making the booking, and any delegate who attends for you. Booking a place means you accept these terms.
2. Places
Places are strictly limited so that every delegate gets real time and attention. They’re allocated on a first come, first served basis. Your place is confirmed once I’ve received your booking and payment.
3. If a course can’t run
Now and then a course may not have enough delegates to run well. If that happens, I’ll tell you at least 7 days before the start date. You can then choose a full refund or a place on a future date.
Please book travel and accommodation on flexible or refundable terms. I can’t cover those costs if a course moves or doesn’t run.
4. Payment
Courses must be paid in full at least 14 days before the start date. Your place is not secure until payment has been received.
5. Cancelling your place
I know courses have to fit around running a business. But catering, materials and the room are planned around a small group, so a late cancellation usually can’t be refilled. Please cancel by emailing my at [email protected]. The charge depends on how much notice you give before the start date:

In exceptional circumstances I may offer a discretionary credit for a future course instead. A credit can be used against any of my courses within 12 months, subject to availability.
6. Transfers and name changes
You can send a different delegate in your place at any time, free of charge. Just let me know their name before the course by emailing me at [email protected].
You can move your booking to a later date once, free of charge, if you tell me at least 21 days before the start date.
7. Changes I make
Occasionally I may need to change a course’s date, venue or content. If I change the date or venue, I’ll give you as much notice as I can, and at least 14 days unless something outside my control makes that impossible, such as illness or an emergency.
If the new arrangements don’t work for you, you can have a full refund or a place on another date. I’m not responsible for travel, accommodation or other costs you’ve paid, which is why I ask you to book them on flexible terms.
8. What’s included
Your course fee includes the course, workbook and materials, refreshments and lunch each day, and the evening dinner where relevant (and shown in the course details). Please advise me of any dietary or access requirements when you book, or email me at [email protected].
9. Venue and accommodation
Most courses are held at my own training venue in North London. The full address, arrival times and suggestions for nearby accommodation come with your joining instructions after you book.
The venue is a private home, so please treat it with respect and follow any reasonable instructions on the day. Where a course is held at a hotel or another venue, the details will be in the course listing, and any accommodation discount there is offered by the venue, not by me.
10. Filming and photography
I sometimes photograph or film courses to show people what they’re like. If you’d rather not appear, tell me when you book or on the day.
11. Confidentiality
Delegates often share real figures and challenges from their own businesses. What’s shared in the room stays in the room. Please don’t repeat or use other delegates’ information outside the course, and I’ll treat yours the same way.
12. Course materials
The course materials belong to Savva Automotive Ltd. You’re welcome to use them in your own business. Please don’t copy, share or sell them, or use them to train anyone outside your business, without my written permission.
13. Liability
I’ll deliver every course with reasonable skill and care. The content is general guidance, and decisions about your business remain yours. I’m not liable for business results or losses that come from how you apply it.
My total liability in connection with a course is limited to the fee you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that can’t be limited by law.
14. Your information
I use the details you give when booking to manage your place and contact you about your course. If you agree, I’ll also send you news about future courses and resources, and you can opt out at any time. I won’t sell your details. My privacy notice has the full details: [link].
15. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
